The Upcoming OnePlus 6T will feature teardrop notch and minimal bezel. It has a 6.4-inch 1080 x 2340 AMOLED panel which has a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels with a pixel density of 402 pixels per inch. Tear Drop Notch Screen will bump up the Device to screen ratio to 86%.

The new OnePlus 6T has a similar camera setup if compared to either the Oppo R17 which has a 16MP and 5MP dual-lens pairing, or the latest offering from Oppo the R17 Pro which houses a 12MP variable aperture lens which can be switch between f/1.5 and f/2.4 apertures, a 20MP f/2.6 lens and a ToF 3D stereo lens – so three lenses in total.

“Our FSE team is working on a number of optimizations to the power consumption of OxygenOS, making use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. One of the things they’ve added is an AI-based algorithm that will allow the phone to learn when you sleep, so it can minimize background usage and reduce power consumption accordingly,” wrote Szymon Kopec, Product Manager at OnePlus, and User Experience Lead Crayon Hsieh in a forum post earlier this month.
Previously, OnePlus 6T was gonna launch on October 30 but recently has changed the official launch event to October 29 in New York City to avoid colliding with Apple Inc. event in the same city. It will launch in India at the KDJW Stadium (inside Indira Gandhi Stadium Complex) at 8:30 PM IST 30th October 2018.
